AFOA Canada is a membership based organization that builds capacity for individuals who are working with Aboriginal Communities and Organizations in the area of Management, Finance and Leadership.

Our training is designed to assist you in your current position and broaden your knowledge and skills for your next aspiring position. 

AFOA Canada has broadened our own focus to include training and skills development for Program Managers, Professional Administrators, Elected Leaders, and of course Financial Professionals. 

At AFOA Canada, we have an excellent selection of online courses, in person workshops and certification programs that you and your team can access to enhance your existing skill set.

02-04-15   As a result of the Call for First Nations Financial Management Board (FNFMB) Nominations, AFOA Canada is pleased to announce that Mr. Dana Soonias, CAFM from Saskatchewan has been selected as AFOA Canada’s appointment.  He will serve as a director on the FNFMB for a five year term starting February 23, 2015.
