It also provides participants with information on how to communicate with supervisors and employees about updated policies, how to define safety-sensitive positions that may be subject to drug-testing, and how to identify potential impairment. The workshop ends with a discussion on the importance of documenting critical incidents and accommodating employees.

This is the first workshop in the banking series. It will provide the participants with a better understanding of financial institutions and what information the bank needs to provide loans to Indigenous governments. Participants will understand how an Indigenous Government can set up credit facilities and the importance of debt covenants. The workshop will also discuss the importance of the relationship between the bank and an Indigenous government and how a bank advisor can contribute to the goals of an Indigenous community.
