AFOA Canada is seeking a consultant to develop the tools needed to aid the Education and Training department’s growth.

AFOA Canada’s Education and Training Department has seen a period of growth over the last several years, and is looking to develop new processes and improve others. In 2023, a diagnostic was completed which will provide significant direction to the work that comes next. In Spring 2024 a workload assessment was completed, and as a result, many job descriptions were revised.

The objective of this contract is to support the Education and Training Department implement recommendations from a departmental diagnostic.
