Through their support and commitment to AFOA Canada, Corporate Members contribute directly towards capacity building in Indigenous finance, management, and governance in Canada, and towards Indigenous social and economic prosperity.

An AFOA Canada Corporate Membership provides your organization with exclusivity to all the programs through:

      • Influence: We offer access and influential opportunity for knowledge transfer to Indigenous communities and professionals, including the key decision makers.
      • Positioning as an Expert: Facilitate the “right of entry” to Indigenous communities to further your corporate social responsibility, inclusion commitments and competitive intelligence.
      • Enhanced Profile and Recognition: Build your corporate credibility and increase brand awareness in the Indigenous market, including leveraging intellectual capital and recruitment opportunities.
      • Entrance to a target-rich environment that is national in reach, provincial in scope and local in touch.

Corporate Membership Packages

Corporate Membership is comprised of two elements: the first is a menu of corporate services/benefits that you will receive with the Connector Package, which is the foundation of Corporate Membership. The second allows Corporate Members to build on the Connector Package by purchasing additional benefits to suit the level of engagement that your organization requires.

Connector Package

This basic package is designed to provide Indigenous and Non-Indigenous organizations, and Indigenous communities, with the opportunity to increase their engagement and participation in AFOA Canada. It facilitates Business-to-Business (B-2-B) opportunities by providing Indigenous communities and organizations an increased ability to engage with other Corporate Members and by providing Non-Indigenous organizations the increased ability to engage with Indigenous Corporate Members.

Three-Year Memberships

In place of the standard year-to-year commitment, members may choose to commit to a three-year membership that ensures their fees are not subject to increases for that period. Applicable to renewals as well as new members.
