Complimentary Individual Membership

As part of the Corporate Membership package, your organization is entitled to complimentary Individual Membership. The number of complimentary individual memberships will vary depending on your level of chosen corporate membership.

These complimentary individual memberships are held by individuals within your organization and they will receive certain benefits reserved for individual members. If an individual moves on for your organization, the complimentary individual membership can be re-assigned to another person within your organization. It will be your responsibility to keep this information updated with AFOA Canada.

Please note that a complimentary membership cannot be provided to anyone who holds a Professional Designation (CAFM, CAPA, CIL, CIHRP) from AFOA Canada. Please enter the information of person who will be assigned the membership(s):

Fees

Your membership fees have been calculated as you choose membership levels and any add-ons. If you have selected a three-year membership committment, your total fees below will be multiplied by three and invoiced at once. Payment is not due immediately, your form will be submitted to staff to verify and process and we will contact you with a final invoice.

By signing this application you agree to a Corporate Membership with AFOA Canada on behalf of the specified organization/company/community, for the commitment period specified above. You verify that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of the specified entity and agree to pay the fees specified above and any applicable taxes in a timely manner. You understand that upon submission of this form, your organization will be invoiced by AFOA Canada. You understand that if you have chosen Chapter membership, that these Chapter fees are in addition to the AFOA Canada Corporate Member Fees and that these additional Chapter fees will be invoiced separately by the Chapter with any applicable taxes. Your organization will also pay these additional fees in a timely manner. You understand that any benefits provided by the individual Chapters are separate to AFOA Canada benefits, and that AFOA Canada is not responsible for conferring any of the benefits offered by the Chapter. You authorize AFOA Canada to use your logo, company name and other relevant information on their website, social media and printed material to acknowledge your corporate membership. You authorize AFOA Canada to share this application with the representatives of the Chapter of your choice to facilitate invoicing. You understand, as a representative of the specified entity, that it is your responsibility to ensure AFOA Canada has updated information regarding your company and method of contact, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are using your yearly membership benefits as detailed above. You understand that AFOA Canada will not carry forward any unused benefits.
