Request for Proposals: Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM) Curriculum Update
AFOA Canada is seeking a Contractor to review, revise and develop the Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM) curriculum.
The objective of this contract is to develop the curriculum for and pilot an Indigenous youth designation that is innovative, culturally grounded and supportive of Indigenous youth learners. Based on the needs assessment, the Contractor will oversee the development of the curriculum, learning objectives and course materials in alignment to the CPA Canada Competency Map. The Contractor will work with the AFOA Canada’s CAFM Working Group to guide the process.
The Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM) is designed to support Indigenous communities meet the growing need for financial leadership tailored to Indigenous environments. CAFMs are key decision makers and leaders in their organizations and often form the backbone of Indigenous government administration.
