The next issue of the Journal of Aboriginal Management (JAM) will focus on the next generation of leaders. Themed Next Gen Leaders: Guiding Today, Empowering Tomorrow, AFOA Canada is seeking contributions of articles or advertisements to be published September 2024. Some questions that may be considered in this issue:

  1. Who are the Indigenous youth currently driving change in their communities?
  2. How can we create space and the conditions for Indigenous youth to thrive?
  3. How can we empower or mentor Indigenous youth in leadership roles?
  4. What roles do Indigenous youth have in shaping the future of Indigenous communities?
  5. What advice would provide to Indigenous youth as they carry forward into the future our collective torch?
