Contribute to JAM 37
AFOA Canada is inviting contributions to the next issue of the Journal of Aboriginal Management (JAM), the only professional journal in Canada for Indigenous Professionals in the management, finance and governance fields.
Issue 37 will focus on how digital skills and tools, including artificial intelligence, are shaping the future of Indigenous finance, management, and governance. Contributions may cover opportunities and challenges of integrating technologies in the Indigenous context, emerging trends, best practices, and more.
Some questions that may be considered in this issue:
- What are some examples of innovations using digital technologies and AI that are being led by Indigenous peoples?
- How can digital skills be used to support community governance and economic development?
- How can Indigenous communities maintain data sovereignty?
- What are the risks of using digital tools?
- What digital skills are necessary to develop for future leaders?
Write or advertise in the issue to get your message & brand in front of key Indigenous decision makers, community members and this country’s largest Association of Indigenous Professionals.
About the JAM
The journal focuses on professional trends and innovations in these fields and includes interviews with leaders, articles from experts that profile community-based initiatives and best practices, as well as advertisements from professional organizations that are at the top of their field. This Journal is intended to help you be on the leading-edge of key Indigenous management, finance and governance issues that will impact your career and business. It is published twice yearly in English and French.
