OVERVIEW

The micro certification is intended to prepare participants for the financial and administrative management of a large infrastructure project. Students will gain fundamental knowledge and understanding of financial terminology, financial organizations and entities, project-specific financing definition and models.

Who Should Attend?

Candidates who want to deepen their understanding of capital project management and delivery principles. Indigenous professionals in roles that require decision-making for capital projects and infrastructure, project managers, financial managers.

This could be a role in community or as a consultant, this could include Indigenous or non-Indigenous workings working in Indigenous environments.
