This fall, we’re hitting the road with our in-person Audit Preparation Workshop Series — four seminars in key locations across BC, designed specifically for Indigenous finance and administration professionals. In this interactive one day workshop participants will learn how to organize for an audit, understand what the auditor is looking for, and tips and tools on how to effective prepare for your audit to save time and money.   

We will also hear from Indigenous Services Canada about their reporting and audit requirements and what they look for in the audited financial statements.

In this powerful, hands-on workshop, you’ll:

 Learn how to prepare for and manage the entire audit process
 Understand the current reporting requirements for Indigenous Services Canada
 Access time-saving tools, templates, and proven strategies to reduce costs
 Exchange insights with peers and strengthen your professional network

This event is open to any BC First Nation or Indigenous organization participant to attend. AFOA BC membership not required to attend.
