Become a Mentor for AFOA Canada’s Indigenous Youth
AFOA Canada, in partnership with Influence Mentoring Society, is inviting Indigenous professionals from our Community of Professionals to become mentors for AFOA Canada youth members (ages 20–29), including CEIL participants, alumni, and emerging leaders in our network.
Mentors will help build Indigenous talent and create opportunities for AFOA youth, sharing real‑world experience as they grow their leadership, governance, and financial management skills. Drawing on Influence’s two‑way mentorship model, the program creates space for learning, networking, and mutual growth, supported by a structured onboarding roadmap, Mentor Guide, and workshop series.
Mentorship is delivered online (national reach).
