AFOA Canada is seeking a consultant to develop curriculum and materials for delivery (in person and virtually); pilot the micro certification; and prepare a final report. 

The project will include these key milestones:

1. Confirm the courses, case studies and delivery options for the micro credential based on the needs assessment findings.
2. Develop curriculum and materials for the courses and case studies.
3. Pilot the micro credential.
4. Adapt the curriculum and materials based on the findings of the pilot.
5. Deliver a final report.
6. Ongoing status update meetings.
