AFOA Canada has four open opportunities for students:
Junior Impact Measurement Analyst
AFOA Canada is looking for an energetic student to provide support to the Education and Training team. This position will assist in the delivery of impact measurement instruments (e.g. surveys); monitoring data collection and analysis; and executing data entry or tabulation tasks, exporting data for departmental reports, working with the membership database and assisting with updating content for training materials.
CEO’s Office Assistant
The ILC Charity is looking for an energetic student to provide administrative support to the Corporate team. This position will provide support and assistance to the President and CEO by conducting research on past scholarship and bursary award recipients, monitor evaluations and data collection to create marketing stories.
Education and Membership Assistant
AFOA Canada is looking for an energetic student to provide support to the Education and Membership team. This position will prepare internal education statistics and evaluation reports, upload Certified Program courses onto the Moodle platform, maintain First Nations contact information in a database; map First Nations communities; maintain membership files and membership information; research education products and inventory, as required; and provide support to the AFOA Canada team.
Marketing and Communications Assistant
AFOA Canada is looking for a creative student to provide support to the Marketing and Communications team. This position will assist with design and marketing projects, research to enhance marketing campaigns and provide general administrative support. Duties may also include, as needed: videography and materials research (editing creating, handling video footage, and transcribing), social media marketing, website design and revision.
