Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of members in good standing of the AFOA Canada will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. EST via Zoom.

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS AFOA CANADA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

AFOA Canada is seeking nominees to stand for election for two (2) directors to serve on the Board of Directors.

Below is additional information on time and commitment involved to serve on the Board:

• 3 Board meetings are held throughout the year (meetings are one-day in duration and travel will be covered by AFOA Canada)
• 2 to 3 teleconference meetings are scheduled (usually 1 to 2 hours in duration)
