Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of all members in good standing of the AFOA Canada will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. (Ottawa-time) at the Shaw Centre Ottawa, 55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, ON K1N 9J2.

Members in good standing will be able to register on-site on February 15, prior to the start of the meeting.

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS AFOA CANADA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

AFOA Canada is seeking nominees to stand for election for three (3) directors to serve on the Board of Directors.

Below is additional information on time and commitment involved to serve on the Board:

• It is anticipated that the Board will meet 2 or 3 times a year.
• Between meetings of the Board, may be required to attend monthly teleconference meetings of committees.
