For many Indigenous families and low-income households, tax time is an opportunity to access benefits. AFOA Canada and AFOA Canada members support the Indigenous community by delivering a virtual tax clinic through Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) online platform. Due to COVID-19, our services are entirely by phone or virtually. By appointment ONLY.
You can volunteer with the AFOA Canada National Virtual Tax Clinic in one of two ways, AND if you are a CAPA or CAFM, volunteering can count towards your maintenance of certification.
