AFOA Canada invites consultants to submit a proposal for “Supports that Maybe Needed for Communities Previously under the Default Management and Prevention Policy.”

The Project Objective is to better understand the causes of ISC funding agreement default (in both the past and present context), the barriers to financial and governance stability, and the ongoing/future needs of First Nation communities who have previously been subject to ISC’s Default Prevention and Management Policy (DPMP).

AFOA Canada is inviting proposals from persons or parties to provide the above goals and deliverables to AFOA Canada in the time frame specified. As a contractor, you are being asked to provide one electronic copy of your proposal by January 26, 2024, at 4 p.m. EDT to:
