Request for Proposals: Certified Aboriginal Professional Administrator (CAPA) Curriculum and Program Revision
AFOA Canada is seeking a consultant to review and develop curriculum for an updated Certified Aboriginal Professional Administrator (CAPA) program and the competencies that are the basis of the CAPA Program, and make recommendations for the revision of curriculum, course materials and competencies.
The updates will include these key milestones:
- Confirmation of courses and learning objectives from the needs assessment report
- Revision of the competency map
- Revise curriculum, course materials and exams (16 courses, exam preparation session and certification exam)
- Finalize course curriculum, course materials and exams
- Working with the AFOA Canada’s CAPA Working Group to guide the process
