AFOA Canada is seeking a consultant to review our current process and create additional evaluation and impact measurement processes.

The objective of this contract is to conduct a review of AFOA Canada’s current evaluation and impact measurement processes and create additional processes that consider pilots, mentorship and other aspects of AFOA Canada’s educational programming (to be determined).

The project will include a preliminary review of current processes, the development of a pilot program and mentorship evaluation and impact measurement processes, and ongoing status update meetings.
