Request for Proposals: Certified Aboriginal Professional Administrator (CAPA) Review
AFOA Canada is seeking a consultant to review the CAPA program and the competencies that are the basis of the CAPA Program and make recommendations for the revision of curriculum, course materials and competencies.
The updates will include these key milestones:
- Survey of Indigenous management professionals to review the current CAPA competencies
- Interview 15-20 select CAPA faculty, students and graduates and Indigenous leaders to determine enhancements
- Provide recommendations, including additions or deletions of program competencies
- Provide a report with recommendations on curriculum and course material changes and enhancements
